A small, local team. Each clinician chose to do this work in this community on purpose. Same-week openings most weeks. $100 per 50-minute session out of pocket, or $0 to $40 with most insurance.

Thea is warm, easy to talk to, and here for whatever you are carrying. She has spent years helping people with addiction, trauma, grief, and everyday stress, and she is a trained SMART Recovery facilitator. Sessions are relaxed and practical, virtual or in person, with evening and Saturday openings.

Barbara leads the clinical team at Long Island Counseling Network. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. She believes in steady, honest work and is unafraid of hard conversations.

Michael runs the operations side of Long Island Counseling Network so the clinical team can stay focused on clients. His goal is to keep the practice running smoothly and make starting therapy simple and transparent, so your clinician's attention stays where it belongs: with you.
